By using the Cakes Studio , you agree to our terms regarding orders, payments, and deliveries. All orders are subject to availability and require full payment upon checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided. Custom cakes require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Refunds are only applicable for damaged or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
